General Mangum has been a Templar leader for 21 years and brings the incredible breadth and width of his experience to bear for OTJ International. General Mangum has served in many of the highest Templar Positions over the years, the Deputy Grand Commander of the OSMTH.org, a Grand Prior in Austria for that exact order, a Grand Preceptor in the nation of Georgia (he practically created the Grand Priory of Georgia), and many other roles.
